Before renewing
Use the correct device number
The renewal must be connected to the correct safety ID or pet tag. Include the device or QR number when requesting help.
Renewal keeps service active
Renewal is required after the included period to keep the QR-connected profile information available.
No automatic enrollment
Automatic renewal is not preselected. The customer must give explicit permission before a renewal is processed.
